देखो, तोता अपने गुणों के कारण ही बंधन को प्राप्त होता है, बगुले को कोई नहीं बाँधता। माने गुणवान अधिक सताया जाता ही है।

बिल्कुल सरल बात है कि घाव पर ही चोट लगती है, अन्न पास न रहे तो भूख बढ़ती है, संकटकाल में अपने भी वैरी हो जाते हैं, माने विधाता के विपरीत हो जाने पर क्या नहीं सहना पड़ता?

राम जी को वनवास भोगना पड़ा या नहीं? बलि को बंधन हुआ या नहीं? पाण्डवों को कष्ट भोगना पड़ा या नहीं? यदुवंश का नाश हुआ या नहीं?

कितना कहें? लव कुश को पालना नहीं मिला, सीता जी को धरती में समाना पड़ा, हरीशचन्द्र को चाण्डाल बनना पड़ा। क्या रावण जैसे बली का मरण देख कर भी, काल का महाबली होना सिद्ध नहीं होता?

"अवश्यमेव भोक्तव्यम्" माने चाहे कोई हो, कितना ही बड़ा, कितना ही बलवान, कितना ही बुद्धिमान, कितना ही विद्यावान, कितना ही धनवान, कितना ही दानवान, कुछ भी क्यों न हो, प्रारब्ध तो भोगना ही पड़ेगा।

तो बुद्धिमान साधक को अधैर्य त्याग कर, शिकायत न करते हुए, उचित समय की प्रतीक्षा करते हुए, अपमान सहते हुए भी, मुस्कुराते खिलखिलाते हुए ही, परमात्मा प्राप्ति का अपना साधन करते रहना चाहिये।

बताओ तो, क्या युधिष्ठिर को त्रिदण्डी सन्यासी नहीं बनना पड़ा? भीम को रसोइया नहीं बनना पड़ा? नकुल सहदेव को दास नहीं बनना पड़ा? अर्जुन को बाण चलाने में प्रवीण अपनी हाथी की सूंड जैसी भुजाओं को कंगण पहनने योग्य बना कर किन्नर का रूप स्वीकार नहीं करना पड़ा? रूपवती द्रोपदी को विराट की गर्वीली रानियों के तिरस्कारपूर्ण वचन सहते हुए भी, नाईन की तरह चन्दन घिसने वाली नहीं बनना पड़ा? बनना पड़ा या नहीं? निश्चित बनना ही पड़ा।

मेरे प्यारे भाई बहन, लोकेशानन्द का तो यही कहना है कि अब जो होना है होता रहे। सुख आए, दुख आए, साधन वैसा ही चलता रहे। मंजिल मिलेगी, मिलेगी ही मिलेगी, बस तुम घबरा कर पलट मत जाना।

So the wise seeker should be patient, not complaining, waiting for the right time, smiling even being humiliated, and doing his means of attaining Bhagwan.

Tell me, did Yudhishthir not have to become a Tridandi monk? Did Bhim not have to become a cook? Did Nakul Sahadev not have to become a slave? Did Arjuna not have to accept the appearance of shemale by making his arms like an elephant trunk, bangles wearable? Did beautiful Draupadi not have to become a hairdresser, even while bearing the insulting words of the proud queens of king Virat? Had to be or not? Had to be sure.
