177 भगवान की कृपा, संत

मेरे प्रिय भाई बहन! मूर्ख ही संसार के सुख साधनों को भगवान की कृपा समझता है। ध्यान दें! भगवान कृपा करते हैं तो सम्पत्ति नहीं देते, संत से मिला देते हैं।

"बिनु हरि कृपा मिलहिं नहीं संता।"

"पुण्य पुंज जब साथ दें तो चलें सन्त के द्वार।"

जब आपके अनन्त जन्मों के सत्कर्म फल देने को एकत्र होते हैं तब भगवान कृपा करके आपको संत से मिला देते हैं। तो संत तो भगवान की कृपा से ही मिलते हैं, आपको तो बस उन संत की पहचान भर ही करनी पड़ती है। बस जिसने उन संत को पहचान लिया, उनकी महिमा को जान लिया, वह मोक्ष पा गया। क्योंकि मोक्ष प्राप्ति का एक ही साधन है, किसी संत को पहचान लेना।

देखो कि कल्याण करने की क्षमता किस में है? यहाँ तीन ही प्रकार के मनुष्य हैं, अज्ञानी, विद्वान और संत। अज्ञानी तो पोखर ही है, सड़ा हुआ पानी है, जिसमें वासना का कीचड़ भरा है। विद्वान भी तालाब मात्र है, ठहरा हुआ पानी है, जिस पर विद्वता की काई जमी है, समस्त भूमि को सींच देना उसके बस की बात नहीं। संत घनश्याम है, वर्षा ऋतु का घनघोर काला बादल है, उसकी उपदेश वर्षा से सारा भूमण्डल लहलहा उठता है, ऐसी कल्याण करने की क्षमता संत में है।

विचार करें! मनुष्य को किसी ना किसी को तो प्रसन्न करना ही पड़ता है, राजा को या सिपाही को, पत्नी को या पुत्र को, इसको या उसको। पर एक तो वे प्रसन्न होकर भी प्रसन्न नहीं होते, और अगर कहीं प्रसन्न हो भी जाएँ तो क्या दे देंगे? हाँ यदि संत एकबार प्रसन्न हो जाएँ, तो मोक्ष ही दे दें।

आप किन्हीं संत के संग हों तो उनकी सेवा करें, उनकी आवश्यकता की पूर्ति करें और विनयपूर्वक, उनकी स्पष्ट आज्ञा न होने पर भी, उनके भाव को ताड़ कर, उनके अनुरूप ही आचरण करें।

और आप संत के संग न हों तो उनके उपदेश, गुण, गाम्भीर्य, धैर्य और प्रताप का विचार करें। जीभ पे उनका दिया नाम, आँखों में उनका स्वरूप और मन में उन्हीं का चिंतन रहे।

संत का उपदेश तो बड़ी बड़ी बादशाहतें, सोने की हवेलियों, लाखों कल्पवृक्षों और सब कुछ त्याग कर भी सुनने योग्य हैं। भीख माँग लो, घास खा लो, पर उनका उपदेश मत छोड़ो।

लोकेशानन्द तो कहता है कि करोड़ों रुपए खर्च करके भी आत्मज्ञानी संत, उनका उपदेश और यह मनुष्य देह नहीं मिलती।

My dear brothers and sisters! Only a fool considers the pleasures of the world to be Bhagwan's grace. Pay attention! When Bhagwan pleases, he doesn't give wealth, he introduces you to a sant.

"Binu Hari kripa milahi nahi santa."

"Punya punj jab saath de to chale sant ke dwar."

When the good deeds of your eternal births come together to bear fruit, then Bhagwan kindly introduces you to a sant. So sant is found only by Bhagwan's grace, you just have to identify that sant. Only the one who recognizes the sant, the one who knows his glory, attains salvation. Because there is only one way to attain salvation, to recognize a sant.

See who has the ability to do welfare? There are only three types of human beings, the ignorant, the learned and the sant. The ignorant is only a puddle, rotten water, filled with the mud of lust. The learned is also just a pond, stagnant water, on which the moss of words is fixed, it is not possible for him to irrigate the whole land. Only the sant is Ghanshyam, dense black cloud of the rainy season, sant has such ability to do welfare, that the whole earth can bloom by the rain of his sermons.

Consider! You have to please someone or the other, king or the soldier, the wife or the son, this or that. But firstly, they never please, and even if they please sometimes, what can they give? But, if a sant is pleased once, he can give salvation.

If you are with any sant, then serve him, fulfill his needs and behave humbly, even if he does not say a word, behave according to him.

And if you are not with the sant, then consider his sermons, virtues, seriousness, patience and majesty. There should be his given name on the tongue, his form in the eyes and his contemplation in the mind.

The sermon of a sant is worth listening to even by giving up the greatest kingdoms, palaces of gold, millions of Kalpavriksh and even everything. Even if you have to beg or eat grass, but don't miss his sermon.

Lokeshanand says that such self-realized sant, his sermon and this human body are not available even after spending millions of rupees.
