It is a simple thing, not difficult.
Whatever happens from you, you are not its doer. The qualities and nature going on in the mind, forcibly pull your senses and body to do this or that. Each such effort is known as Action. And you must be aware that action doesn't become destiny. This is when you, being possessed by doership, believe yourself the doer of the action that happened on its own, then it is called Karma. And once the action is accepted as karma, the mind has to suffer its good and bad results.
There are three types of karma- Sanchit, Prarabdh and Kriyaman.
Think as if a drama is going on on the life-like stage. A long story is being staged. Each time a part is completed the curtain falls, when the curtain is raised again the next part is presented.
The part that is going on on the stage at present, the scenes of happiness and sorrow that you have to play, is called Prarabdh.
The rest of the story, standing behind the stage, waiting for the present part to be completed and the curtain to fall, is Sanchit.
Pay attention now! At this time, the scene which is going on in the drama of your life according to your destiny, if you are not considering it as acting, you are considering it as true, you are becoming happy and sad, by not accepting the scene as it is, you want to change the scene according to your wish, then you Again, converting action into karma and preparing a new destiny, then the name of this karma of yours is Kriyaman.
And if you accept this point of Lokeshanand, consider drama as drama, acting as acting, without wishing for any kind of change in any scene, without becoming happy or sad, in this present birth part of the play, play your character well. Then you have nothing else to do, just wait for the curtain to fall.
Then Lokeshanand promises that this time when the curtain falls, you will not have to come on the stage again.
Then there would be no more story. Scene over, story over.
