जैसे वैराग्य प्रयास का फल नहीं, अनुभव का फल है, समाज सुधार भी प्रयास का फल नहीं है, आत्मज्ञान का फल है।

आप विचार करें बच्चा खिलौना छोड़ता नहीं है, अनुभव पकने पर खिलौने छूट जाते हैं। ब्रह्मानन्द मिलने पर विषयानन्द छूट जाता है। ऐसे ही आत्मज्ञान होने पर चलते फिरते उठते बैठते हुए ही संपर्क में आने वालों में स्वयंमेव सुधार आने लगता है।

देखो! भगवान कृष्ण ने गीता सुनाई, पर न कौरवों में सुधार आया, न स्वयं भगवान के परिवार में। आँखों के सामने ही पूरा परिवार कट मरा। जिसने गीता के उपदेश को आत्मसात किया, वह सुधर गया।

भरत जी कहते हैं कि मैं चित्रकूट जाऊँगा। पहले भगवान का दर्शन करूंगा, फिर राज्य देखा जाएगा। माने पहले भगवद् प्राप्ति, फिर जो हो सो हो।

मीरा जी कृष्ण में समा गईं, चैतन्य महाप्रभु जगन्नाथ में, तुकाराम विट्ठल में समा गए। उन्होंने समाज सुधारने का प्रयास किया? पर आज भी उनकी वाणी सुनने पढ़ने मात्र से ही अंतःकरण सुधर जाता है।

तो आप समाज को सुधारने का विचार त्याग कर, अपनी बुद्धि को सुधारने का प्रयास करें। लाख दुख आने पर भी साधन मार्ग पर आगे, और आगे बढ़े चले जाएँ।

राम जी को बचपन में ही मुनि विश्वामित्र ले गए। विवाह हुआ तो वनवास हो गया। वनवास काल बीतने को आया तो सीता जी का अपहरण हो गया। कितना कष्ट सहना पड़ा, युद्ध करना पड़ा, तब कहीं जाकर रावण मरा और सीता जी की पुनः प्राप्ति हुई। अयोध्या पहुँचे तो फिर सीता जी का त्याग करना पड़ा। अपने ही पुत्रों से लड़ना पड़ा। उन्हें सुख मिला?

कृष्ण, जेल में जन्मे। जन्मते ही माँ को छोड़ कर दूसरे के घर जाना पड़ा। फिर एक के बाद एक, राक्षस पीछे पड़ गए। परिस्थितियाँ कुछ ठीक हुई तो कंस ने बुलवा भेजा। बचपन के संगी सखा, यशोदा मैया और नंद बाबा छूट गए। सारा जीवन झगड़े झंझट में बीता। कभी रुक्मी तो कभी जरासंध, और फिर महाभारत। उन्हें सुख मिला?

और शंकर जी तो बेघर रहते हैं। श्मशान में रहते हैं। उनके वाहन नंदी बैल और पार्वती जी के वाहन सिंह की आपस में नहीं बनती। उनके आभूषण सर्प और कार्तिकेय जी के वाहन मोर की नहीं बनती। कार्तिकेय जी के वाहन मोर और गणेश जी के वाहन चूहे की नहीं बनती। फिर सर्प और चूहे की तो बनती ही नहीं। फिर कभी देवताओं के झगड़े के कभी राक्षसों के झंझट, यहाँ तक की जहर तक खाना पड़ा। उन्हें सुख मिला?

मेरे भाई बहन! आप भी दुख सहना सीखें। इतिहास साक्षी है कि दुख सहे बिना कोई महान नहीं बनता। सूरज जलता है, तब सूरज बनता है, तब जगत को प्रकाशित करता है। "अप्पो दीपो भव"। स्वयं दीपक बनो। स्वयं को सुधारने का प्रयास करो।

लोकेशानन्द ने सुना है कि स्वर्ग और नरक के बीच एक पतली सी दीवार ही है। एक बार स्वर्ग से आते ठहाके सुन कर, नरक वालों ने, द्वेषभाव से बीच की दीवार तोड़ दी। नरक वालों का बिगड़ता भी क्या? क्योंकि वे तो पहले से ही नरक में थे। स्वर्ग वालों ने कहा- यह तो सरासर अन्याय है। समाज सुधारकों को बुलाओ। नरक वाले हंसने लगे कि सारे समाज सुधारक तो हमारे यहाँ हैं, तुम्हारा साथ देगा कौन?

Just as detachment is not the result of effort, it is the result of experience, social reform does not happen by striving, it is the result of enlightenment.

Consider that a child does not leave the toy, toys are left automatically when he gets experience. After having enlightenment, those who come in contact, improve automatically.

Look! Bhagwan Krishna narrated the Gita, but neither the Kauravas improved nor Bhagwan's family itself. The whole family killed each other in front of his eyes. The one who assimilated the teachings of the Gita, improved.

Bharat ji says that I will go to Chitrakoot. First I will see Bhagwan, then the kingdom will be seen. First of all, attain Bhagwan, then whatever happens.

Meera ji entered into Krishna, Chaitanya Mahaprabhu into Jagannath, Tukaram into Vitthal. Did they try to improve the society? But even today by listening to their words, the society is improved.

So you abandon the idea of ​​improving the society and try to improve your mind. In spite of millions of miseries, go ahead on the path of means, and move forward.

There was so much suffering, had to fight war, when Ravan was killed and Sita ji was recovered, after reaching Ayodhya, he had to be sacrificed Sita ji. Even he had to fight with his own sons. Did he get happiness?

Krishna, born in jail. At birth, he had to leave his mother and go to other's house. Then the demons came behind one after another. When the circumstances became favourable, Kans called him. He had to leave his childhood friends, Yashoda Maiya and Nanda Baba. The whole life was spent in fights. Sometimes Rukmi and sometimes Jarasandh, and then Mahabharat. Did he get happiness?

And Shankar ji remains homeless. Lives in the crematorium. His vehicle Nandi ox doesn't like Parvati ji's vehicle lion. His jewelery snakes don't like Kartikey's vehicle peacock. Kartikeya ji's vehicle Peacock doesn't like Ganesh ji's vehicle mouse. Then snakes never like mouse also. Sometimes there was a struggle of demons, sometimes the mess of deities, even he had to drink poison. Did he get happiness?

My siblings! You should also learn to suffer. History testifies that one does not become great without suffering. The sun burns, then the sun is formed, then illuminates the world. "Appo Deepo Bhav". Be a lamp yourself. Try to improve yourself.

Lokeshanand has heard that there is only a thin wall between heaven and hell. Hearing a great laugh coming from heaven, once the inhabitants of hell broke that wall. What would be worse for them?
