216 सुर असुर

ध्यान से पढ़ना। सुर और असुर, कहीं बाहर नहीं रहते, दोनों ही अंतःकरण में रहते हैं, एकसाथ रहते हैं, सतत संघर्ष में रहते हैं, कभी इनका पलड़ा भारी हो जाता है, कभी उनका।

"सुमति कुमति सबके उर रहहिं"

रात होने पर, जब सुर कहते हैं कि कल सुबह नाम जपना, तब आप घड़ी में अलार्म लगा लेते हो, पर सुबह असुर जब कहते हैं कि सो जा! अभी क्या जल्दी है? आप ही अलार्म बंद करके सो जाते हो।

विचित्रता यह है कि आप में कितने ही सद्गुण क्यों न हों, भगवान जब कृपा करते हैं तभी असुर मरते हैं। बिना भगवान की कृपा के दुर्गुणों पर विजय पाई नहीं जा सकती।

जब सीताहरण हो रहा था, हनुमानजी और सुग्रीव, दोनों ने देखा, क्या किया? कुछ नहीं। सुग्रीव जब बालि से पिट रहा था, हनुमानजी सुग्रीव के साथ ही थे, उन्होंने क्या किया? कुछ नहीं। सुग्रीव तो भागा, हनुमानजी भी साथ ही चल दिए। जब तक रामजी न मिले तब तक कुछ नहीं किया।

संकेत यही है कि भगवान जब तक स्वयं हृदय में उतर न आएँ, सद्गुण कल्याण नहीं कर सकते। हालांकि सद्गुण आवश्यक हैं, इनके बिना भगवान का अवतार नहीं होता, पर कोई समझे कि मैं इन्हीं के सहारे पार हो जाऊँगा, तो वह बड़ी भारी भूल में है।

यह ठीक है कि हवा खाने के लिए पंखा चाहिए, पर बिजली भी तो चाहिए। दोनों ही चाहिएँ। योंही सुर, देवता, सद्गुण कल्याणप्रद हैं, पर भगवान से जुड़े हों तब। भगवान का अवतार अंतःकरण में होने के बाद।

तो आप कितने अच्छे हैं, इसकी कीमत है, पर यदि आपने अभी तक भगवान के अवतार की प्रक्रिया समझकर, उस पर चलना नहीं शुरू किया, तो आपके ये सुर, मोह रूपी रावण की जरा सी घुड़की से ही भाग खड़े होंगे।

आप द्वारा भगवान के अवतरण का प्रयास किए बिना, ये सारे सद्गुण मिल कर भी दो कौड़ी के हैं। और लोकेशानन्द की बात लिखकर ले लो, विधिपूर्वक चलने पर, भगवान का अवतार कठिन नहीं है। सरल है, सरल है।

Read carefully! Deities and devil are nowhere outside, both live in intellect. They live together. They are in constant struggle. Sometimes Deities win, sometimes devil.

The indication is that virtues themselves cannot do welfare until Bhagwan incarnates into heart. Although these virtues are necessary, without these there is no incarnation, but if one thinks that I will cross the path through virtues only, it is a big mistake.

A fan is needed for air, but electricity is also needed. We need both. Sur, the deities or virtues perform well, but after connecting with Bhagwan, after his incarnation in heart.

So, your goodness is valuable, but if you have not yet understood the process of Bhagwan's incarnation and have not started working on it, then your virtues will run away from the slightest threat of King of devils, Ravan.

Without attempting Bhagwan's incarnation, all these virtues are of two pennies. And keep Lokeshanand's suggestion in writing, if you walk methodically, Bhagwan's incarnation is not difficult. It is simple, quite simple.
