219 भगवान को पाने की पात्रता

पूर्वजन्म के संस्कार कितना प्रभाव डालते हैं देखिए, उधर प्रतापभानु सर्वत्र अपनी विजय चाहता था, अब रावण हो गया पर चाहता वही है। इधर मनु जी भगवान को पाना चाहते थे, अब दशरथ होकर भी वही चाहते हैं।

कुनकुने पानी में दाल नहीं बनती, तो कुनकुनी तड़प में बात कैसे बने? पर दशरथ जी में तड़प पूरी है, देखें-

ये दशरथ हैं, माने दसों इन्द्रियों को साध कर, देह रथ की सवारी करते हैं, देहादि के गुलाम नहीं हैं।

अयोध्या में रहते हैं, "युद्घ: न भवति स अयोध्या" जिस अंतःकरण में संकल्पों विकल्पों का युद्ध नहीं होता, ऐसे अंतःकरण वाले हैं।

सरयू के किनारे रहते हैं, माने श्वास में यजन की क्षमता वाले हैं।

सुमंत्र, सुंदर मंत्र उनका दिशादर्शक है।

तीन पत्नियाँ हैं, कौन कौन?

"ज्ञान शक्तिश्च कौशल्या, सुमित्रा उपासनात्मिका।

कर्म शक्तिश्च कैकेयी, वेदो दशरथो नृपः॥"

माने ज्ञान, उपासना और कर्म, तीनों निष्ठाओं का पालन करते हैं।

ज्ञान है, माने जानते हैं कि जाना कहाँ है? उपासना है, माने जाने का मन भी है। कर्म है, माने चलते भी हैं।

तो पात्रता पूरी है, सामर्थ्य पूरा है, पर भगवान नहीं आए, क्यों? क्योंकि अभी गुरू जी के दर पर नहीं पहुँचे। अभी गुरू जी के चरणों में सिर नहीं रखा गया। और नियम यह है कि भगवान आचरण से नहीं, गुरू जी के चरण से मिलते हैं।

चौथापन आया, सामर्थ्य हार गया, समर्पण की वेला आ गई, सद्गुरू की याद आ गई।

सद्गुरू भी कैसे? वशिष्ठ जी। जिसने ईष्ट को वश में कर लिया वह वशिष्ठ। माने आत्मज्ञानी, परमात्मोप्लब्ध महात्मा। ऐसे महापुरुषों के दरबार में क्या नहीं मिलता?

दशरथजी आए तो गुरुजी के पास पहले भी कईं बार हैं, पर आज भगवान माँगने आए हैं। लोकेशानन्द कहता है कि बस बात बन ही गई समझो। अब जन्मों जन्मों के सत्कर्मों का फल मिलने का समय है। भगवान अंतःकरण में उतरने को ही हैं।

If lentils couldn't be cooked in the lukewarm water, how can incarnation be made in nominal yearning? But in Dashrath, yearning is complete.

Dashrath means the one who has control over his ten senses, he is riding the body chariot, he is not a slave of the body.

Living in Ayodhya, means the intellect in which there is no war of desires.

Living on the bank of Saryu, means he has the ability of chanting Bhagwan's name in every breath.

Sumantra means Bhagwan's beautiful name.

He have three wives, means he follows all three fidelities- Knowledge, Devotion and Efforts.

Knowledge is, knowing where to go? Devotion is willingness to go. Efforts means going.

So Dashrath is eligible, but Bhagwan didn't come, why? Because he didn't yet reach Guru's door. Still his head has not been knocked at Guru's feet. And the rule is that Bhagwan incarnates by Sant's grace, not by your conduct.

Senility came, strength was lost, the time to surrender came, Guru was remembered.

Guru Vashishth means who is self-realized, enlightened Man. What is not found in the feet of such great men?

Dashrath went to Guru ji. Lokeshanand says that now is the time to reap the fruits of births. Bhagwan is about to come.
