228 सुख और शांति

रामजी सुख हैं, सीताजी शांति हैं। यदि आप अभी सुखी हो जाएँ तो शांत भी हो जाएँगे, या अभी, यहीं, जैसे, जिस अवस्था में भी हैं, शांत हो जाएँ, तो इसी क्षण सुखी हो जाएँगे।

देखो, दशरथ जी ने राम जी को पा लिया, सीताजी चली आईं, जनक जी ने सीता जी को पा लिया, राम जी चले आ रहे हैं। दूसरे शब्दों में समझें तो जिसे भक्ति की प्राप्ति हो जाए उसे भगवान का मिलना, और जो भगवान का हो गया उसे भक्ति देवी की प्राप्ति सहज ही है।

हैरानी नहीं कि पौराणिक कथाओं में, जिस जिस को भगवान के दर्शन हुए, सभी को भगवान ने अपनी भक्ति प्रदान की। और जो भक्ति को पा कर भक्त हो गया, उसे भगवान स्वयं आ मिले।

वास्तव में राम जी और सीता जी दिखते दो हैं, दो हैं नहीं, हैं एक ही। ऐसे ही भगवान और भक्ति भी कहने मात्र को ही दो कहे जाते हैं, दो हैं नहीं, एक ही हैं। बिल्कुल किसी छोटे से धागे के दो सिरों की तरह, एक को पकड़ो तो दूसरा अपनेआप पकड़ा जाता है।

गजब बात यह भी है कि भगवान तो सब के हैं, पर जिसने संसार की स्मृति में भगवान को विस्मृत कर दिया, उसके लिए नहीं ही हैं। योंही भक्ति सब में है, पर जिसने उसे भगवान की जगह संसार से जोड़ दिया, उसे भक्ति दूर की कौड़ी हो गई। कल्याण करने वाली भक्ति, आसक्ति होकर बंधनकारी हो गई।

मेरे देखे, प्रेम सब के हृदय में है, प्रेम विहीन कोई है ही नहीं, पर जो प्रेम हमें भगवान के चरणों में लगाने के लिए मिला था, उसे हमने संसार में लगा दिया।

इस प्रकार प्रेम को, भक्ति को, हमने बाजारों में सजा रखा है, दो दो कौड़ी की वस्तुओं के लिए चौक चौराहों पर खड़ा कर रखा है, हमें उनका कोई ख्याल नहीं है।

ऐसे कैसे चलेगा? रावण ने भी यही भूल की, भगवान से भक्ति को हटाकर, अपने सुख के लिए रखने का प्रयास किया।

If Ram is happiness, Sita is peace. If you become happy now, you will also be calm, right now, right here. Or in any state you are, if you are calm, you will be happy at this moment.

Look, Dasharath got Ram, Sita came, Janak got Sita, Ram is coming. In other words, whoever gets devotion, gets Bhagwan. And the one who falls in love with Bhagwan, gets devotion.

Not surprisingly, in the mythology, who ever got Bhagwan, Bhagwan gave them his devotion. And whoever attained devotion, Bhagwan came himself.

In fact, Ram and Sita are not two, they are one. Likewise Bhagwan and devotion are not two, they are one. Just like the two ends of a small thread, hold one, and the other is caught automatically.

The amazing thing is that Bhagwan belongs to everyone, but he who has forgotten Bhagwan due to desires of the world, remains untouched. Everyone has love, but whoever connected it to the desires in place of Bhagwan, for him devotion is much far away.

Same way, we have decorated our love, devotion, in showrooms, and put it on squares for two pennies, we don't even think about it.

How will it work? Ravan made the same mistake, kidnapped Sita from Ram, and tried to keep her for his desires. Lokeshanand asks you that don't you know what was the result he got?
